A PLACE TO BEGIN AGAIN

Do you feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety or depression that won’t seem to let up? Are life’s challenges beginning to feel too heavy to carry—impacting your relationships, your work, or your ability to feel like yourself?

You may wonder if anyone could truly understand what you’re going through, or worry that opening up might lead to judgment or misunderstanding. If this is where you are, you are not alone—and you don’t have to carry it by yourself.

As a counseling practice serving Bellingham and Whatcom County, I offer a space where your story is met with care, respect, and compassion.

A SAFE AND COMPASSIONATE SPACE

My commitment is to create an environment where you feel safe, seen, and heard. A place free from judgment, where you can show up exactly as you are.

I will be fully present with you, listening deeply and walking alongside you with honesty and compassion as you move through your healing process.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges, our work together will be grounded in understanding, trust, and meaningful connection.

A BELIEF IN YOUR CAPACITY TO HEAL

I believe that within every person is the capacity to grow, heal, and find meaning—even in the midst of pain.

You are not just a set of challenges or a list of symptoms. You are a whole, complex, and deeply valuable person. Each individual brings a unique story, personality, and lived experience into the counseling space.

My role is to meet you where you are and tailor our work in a way that honors who you are—and who you are becoming.

A HOLISTIC AND INTEGRATIVE APPROACH

Because healing is not one-dimensional, I take an integrative and holistic approach to counseling.

This means we consider the full picture of your life—your thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical well-being, and spiritual life. Together, we create a process that supports lasting change, not just temporary relief.

For those seeking Christian counseling in Bellingham, I also offer the option to integrate faith into our work in a way that feels authentic and supportive to you.

“Grace means that all of your mistakes now serve a purpose, instead of serving shame”

Finding and Giving yourself Grace

I am deeply passionate about walking alongside people as they discover their own path to grace.

To me, grace is both gentle and powerful. It offers freedom from shame, guilt, and self-condemnation. It allows you to begin seeing yourself with compassion—sometimes for the very first time.

Through grace, we learn not only to accept ourselves, but also to extend that same compassion to others. It becomes a foundation for healing, connection, and growth.

Grace creates space for reflection without judgment. It allows you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with honesty and understanding rather than criticism.

From this place, meaningful change becomes possible—change that supports your mind, body, and spirit, and leads toward a more grounded and peaceful way of living.
